Bagworth Heath Explore Night

Thanks to everyone who came along to our “explore” of Bagworth Heath it was a great event.

This was Lilah and Jacks night who took part in the organising and planning, prepping the route and timings and arranging the logistics, to complete their Leadership challenges and thus their Silver awards and are now ready to move up to Scouts.

The ice cream shop and hot dog bar were a great success and thanks to Gemma, Gary and Leanne for catering for us, organising the ice cream stop half way round and the hot dogs at the end.

A big thank you also to Cross Hills Baptist Church who kindly let us use their car park and toilet facilities for our midway stop and ice cream.

A great night was had by all including Gillie who was absolutely shattered at the end from running round herding all the kids up.

PS everyone who enjoyed the food last night owes a big thanks to Jacks mum and dad Gemma and Gary who very kindly donated everything.
