Build A Boat Zoom Night

The Cubs and Scouts had a great Zoom meeting tonight building boats. Their equipment was:

Scrap paper / A4 paper

Pens or pencils

Elastic bands

Clean items of recycling (cardboard packaging)

Craft materials (for example, tissue paper, (can make do with thin paper or material (for sail)

pipe cleaners

straws or pipe cleaners for masts, can make do by rolling up paper and taping up.

stickers (can cut smaller pieces of paper to stick on)

Scissors

Sticky tape / Glue

2 Clean, empty plastic bottles

Marker pens

The evening began with a video explaining how to build the boats, then everyone created their own versions.

As you can see it appears we have some boat builders in our midst!
