Glow Stick Challenge

Glow stick costumes are a fun way to mix things up for parties and music festivals. They’re incredibly easy to make, requiring nothing but black fabric, glow sticks, and tape, and are extremely versatile.

Harvey Cook ran the Glow Stick Dance Challenge this evening at Explorers. Everyone arrived in black clothing and the evening began with a short video of stretching exercises. Then the Explorers started to connect glow sticks to their clothing to make human shapes in the dark.

Once everyone had finished their costumes the lights where switched off and the music came on. What a show! It was amazing to see the dancing glow stick people on the screen. A well-run night with good instruction and organisation which everyone enjoyed.
