Still Life - Paint Night

We decided to try something totally different this week at Explorers and held a still life painting night.

We set the scene with a table containing fruit, flowers and some accessories. Issues everyone with an A3 canvas paint board and shared out paints and brushes.

The aim was to print wither the scene or part of the scene and to interpret this as they wished.

As you can see from the paintings quite a mixed bunch of artists! But all held some resemblance to the scene set.

An enjoyable relaxing evening with some interesting results.
